Chuck Studios is looking for someone to cook our books. You run the administration for the Amsterdam branch, 16hr a week. What’s on your plate?
- Processing purchase and sales invoices, declarations, bank statements.
- Making payment batches in Unit4.
- Uploading sales invoices from Dropbox to Basecone.
- Processing invoices in Basecone to Unit4 Multivers.
- Documenting and processing investments.
- Taking care of BTW, OB and ICP declarations.
- Drafting liquidity projections.
- Helping draft monthly/quarterly reports and the annual account.
Requirements:
- Experience with Unit4 Multivers & Basecone.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- At least 3 years experience working in a similar position.
